Job Overview:
The organization is an innovative digital property platform that delivers seamless real estate solutions and enhances mortgage accessibility through technology. We are looking for a talented and versatile Motion Graphics & Graphics Designer to join our creative team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Concept, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for digital platforms, social media, presentations, and broadcast. Develop kinetic typography, logo animations, intros/outros, explainer videos, and branded motion content. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into dynamic visual storytelling. Maintain and evolve brand motion guidelines, ensuring consistency across all animated outputs. Manage multiple motion projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output. Prepare and export motion assets in formats optimized for various platforms (social, web, broadcast, etc.). Support the lead Creative Designer during high-volume periods or urgent, time-sensitive requests. Produce static design assets including social media graphics, banners, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateral. Adhere strictly to brand identity guidelines for all static deliverables. Assist in preparing print-ready and digital files across a variety of formats. Collaborate proactively with the lead designer to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent output quality.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of proven professional experience in motion graphics and graphic design. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of motion graphics and static design work is required.

Experience:
Minimum of 2–4 years of proven professional experience in motion graphics and graphic design.
Additional Notes:
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for static design support. Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual hierarchy. Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D motion tools is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Figma or similar UI/UX tools is a plus. Knowledge of video compression, aspect ratios, and export specifications for different platforms. Strong creative thinking and an eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. Strong communication skills: able to interpret briefs and articulate design decisions clearly. Adaptable and willing to shift between motion and static design tasks as required.
