Job Description
Job Overview:
The QA Lead will build and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide necessary support for the portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards across the portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and submit key generic QA documents, establish a QMS framework, present QMS to project teams, manage QA deliverables, drive Contractor Quality Assurance, organize external audits, participate in Contractor qualification, investigate QA issues, monitor audit findings, ensure compliance with company rules, manage non-conformance, support QAQC Portfolio Manager, report on quality matters, facilitate Root Cause Analysis, maintain quality risk register, and carry out other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Certification in NDT, Welding or Coating inspection is an advantage; Professional experience in a similar position for more than 5 years; Good knowledge in QMS, construction, pipe laying, metallurgy, Welding, NDT, coating and pre-commissioning; Good knowledge in construction codes and international standards used in O&G industry; Good communication skills; Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
More than 5 years in a similar position.

Good team player, able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
