Job Overview: The Proposal Engineer will support the Commercial Operations team in the technical and commercial development of solar EPC, Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), mini-grid, and power infrastructure proposals.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support the design and sizing of solar PV, battery storage, and hybrid systems; Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and financial models; Prepare RFQ/RFP responses and bid documentation; Work closely with sales, engineering, and procurement teams.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering; 2–5 years of experience in solar EPC, power systems, or proposal engineering; Strong understanding of solar PV, BESS, inverters, and electrical distribution.

Additional Notes: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint; AutoCAD and Helioscope/PVsyst proficiency are added advantages; Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
