Job Overview: The Management Accountant will be responsible for providing accurate, timely financial data and operational analysis to the COO to drive decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and submit weekly operational reports, prepare monthly management accounts, analyze budget-to-actual variances, develop financial models, oversee inventory valuation, analyze costs, implement cost reduction initiatives, perform intercompany reconciliations, liaise with finance teams, ensure compliance with IFRS, support audits, ensure timely payments and collections, work with sales and marketing teams, assist COO with financial proposals.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, CITN or CPA).
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of management accounting experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, LPG, or Haluage industry.

Additional Notes: Focus on KPIs specific to LPG, strict monthly intercompany reconciliations required.
