Job Overview: The Inventory & Warehouse Manager is tasked with ensuring the accurate, timely, and secure management of all Point-of-Sale (POS) inventory, including terminals, spare parts, and work tools. This role is crucial for maintaining operational continuity and facilitating efficient distribution by establishing robust procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include optimizing inventory levels, minimizing costs, and maintaining complete auditability throughout the inventory lifecycle. Responsibilities include inventory control and accuracy, terminal and parts flow management, stock optimization, system and process improvement, team leadership and training, vendor and cross-functional coordination, reporting and compliance, and cost management.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably within a repair center, distribution, or retail environment. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Hands-on experience with inventory management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
