Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise ongoing site activities and ensure projects are executed according to plan
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material schedules
• Monitor project timelines, workmanship, and site coordination
• Liaise with artisans, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Track project expenses and ensure budget compliance
• Conduct site inspections and provide progress reports
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in quantity surveying, site supervision, or project coordination
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
