Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a polished, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting retail operations and inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience that reflects the brand’s identity. Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty. Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing at all times. Stay knowledgeable about current collections, new arrivals, and product details. Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately using POS and ERP systems. Utilize Odoo ERP system for sales tracking, inventory updates, and reporting. Receive, inspect, and manage incoming stock and shipments. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed. Support order fulfillment, including in-store and online orders. Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and Operations team. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years’ experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer service. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is required. Strong sales acumen with a passion for fashion and styling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and retail systems. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Educational Background:
