Job Overview:
As a Social Media Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding brand visibility, increasing engagement, and building thriving digital communities across platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other platforms. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement. Identify trends, audience behaviours, and platform opportunities. Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create high-performing campaigns. Manage community engagement and audience interactions. Track analytics and prepare monthly growth reports.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO). Experience in Content Strategy and Writing. Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and audience engagement. Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies. Experience with social media tools and platforms, including analytics dashboards. Ability to independently plan and manage multiple projects in a timely manner. Knowledge of branding and audience growth strategies. Previous experience in marketing or brand management is a plus.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in marketing or brand management is a plus.
Languages:
Strong communication skills required.
