Job Overview:
Reliance Health uses Technology to Make Healthcare Accessible and Affordable. Through an integrated approach that includes affordable health insurance, telemedicine, and a combination of partner and proprietary healthcare facilities, Reliance Health offers innovative healthcare solutions that meet the needs of emerging markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and manage French-language content for social media, write clear messages in French and English, support internal communications, track performance of campaigns, ensure brand consistency, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on social trends in francophone markets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline, completed NYSC or valid exemption letter, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and CRM tools, strong writing skills in French and English, ability to work remotely, and data literacy.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline required.
Experience:
Experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement, preferably in health tech, fintech, or B2B content.
Languages:
Fluent in both French and English, with an understanding of francophone African digital culture.
Additional Notes:
Nice to have: Basic design or video editing skills, experience working across multiple francophone markets, skills in Zoho and Adobe Suite.
