Job Overview:
We are building an AI-Native Engineering team and are looking for Quality Engineers who use modern AI tools as a core part of how they design, execute, and automate testing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide quality assurance support to designated software across multiple concurrent projects, perform feature acceptance, regression, and UI testing, design, maintain, and execute test cases across database, unit, API, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, and UAT testing, build and maintain test automation across these testing layers, analyze design documentation and production requirements to define effective test strategies, create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, organize and track incident response activities, support audit and compliance activities, participate actively in the release process and ensure code is production-ready before deployment, collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and developers throughout the SDLC.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar Quality Engineering or Software Testing role, demonstrated experience in test case design, maintenance, and execution, good theoretical knowledge of QA and software testing principles and the software development process, specialization in Computer Science or Software Engineering, intermediate English, both written and oral.
Educational Background:
Specialization in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar Quality Engineering or Software Testing role
Languages:
Intermediate English, both written and oral
Additional Notes:
Experience with API testing, experience with test automation, familiarity with testing across multiple layers (database, unit, API, security, UAT), experience using a test management tool, familiarity with AI-assisted testing or coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor), ability to validate and refine AI-generated test artefacts.
