Job Overview:
The Client Business Lead at Detail and Avedia will be responsible for overseeing the growth, marketing direction, and overall business performance of assigned client accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Lead client communication, meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews. Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing and brand strategies. Ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term partnerships. Lead the overall marketing direction and strategic execution for assigned brands. Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. Ensure all marketing activities align with brand positioning, business objectives, and campaign goals. Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and digital teams to develop impactful campaigns and solutions. Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic recommendations. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns and projects from concept to completion. Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within the agreed scope. Track campaign performance against KPIs and optimize strategies based on data and insights. Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, communication, and execution. Manage project timelines, approvals, budgets, and reporting processes effectively. Lead, mentor, and supervise Brand Managers, Brand Associates, and other account support teams. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment. Provide strategic direction, support, and performance feedback to team members. Ensure alignment between internal departments to achieve campaign and client objectives. Support talent development and knowledge sharing within the team. Analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and business results to provide actionable insights. Prepare strategic reports, performance reviews, and presentations for clients and leadership. Monitor account profitability, marketing effectiveness, and overall business impact. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and future growth strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Client Service, Marketing, or Account Management. Previous experience within an agency, advertising, media, or integrated marketing environment is required. Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and campaign management. Proven experience managing high-value client relationships and leading brand strategies. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, reporting systems, and project management platforms.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 6–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Client Service, Marketing, or Account Management.
