Job Overview: BertAndre Group is seeking a highly organized and sales-driven Sales Officer to actively drive commercial growth across the Group’s portfolio of energy, technology, consulting, real estate, and smart mobility businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and execute sales activities to generate new business across portfolio companies. Develop and convert proposals, presentations, company profiles, and client-facing materials into closed deals. Manage CRM systems, lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure consistent sales conversion. Drive marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing efforts including social media, content scheduling, and campaigns with a focus on lead generation and sales outcomes. Engage stakeholders, organize events, and communicate commercially to support sales growth. Maintain marketing assets, templates, sales documents, and brand materials that facilitate sales conversions. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather intelligence to identify and pursue sales opportunities. Collaborate with external consultants, vendors, and creative partners to support sales efforts. Follow up with clients, nurture relationships, and ensure ongoing account growth. Ensure timely execution of sales and marketing initiatives to meet targets.
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or commercial support roles with a track record of closing deals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuading and closing sales. Proficiency with tools such as CRM platforms, Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media scheduling tools. Ability to work across multiple teams and functions, driving sales outcomes. Basic understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and commercial operations. Experience in startup, agency, consulting, or growth-stage environments is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or commercial support roles with a track record of closing deals.
