Duties and Responsibilities:
The role involves designing intuitive user experiences, conducting user research, developing prototypes, and creating visually compelling designs. The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused, engaging, and accessible digital solutions that align with our clients’ business goals.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Design Thinking and conducting User Research to understand user needs and behaviors. Strong skills in Visual Design and crafting intuitive User Experiences (UX) to enhance customer engagement. Experience with Prototyping to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Familiarity with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and usability testing methodologies. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
Experience:
Experience in designing for diverse industries and familiarity with current digital trends are a plus.
