Job Description
Job Overview:
BertAndre Group is seeking a commercially driven Business/commercial Lead to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, institutional relationships, and cross-unit opportunities across the Group’s portfolio businesses including energy, technology, consulting, real estate, and smart mobility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the Group commercial pipeline across all portfolio companies; Identify and pursue enterprise, institutional, government, and strategic partnership opportunities; Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and partnership discussions; Build relationships with key stakeholders across energy, real estate, technology, infrastructure, and finance sectors; Coordinate with unit leads to align commercial opportunities with operational capabilities; Drive revenue generation and partnership conversion targets; Support market expansion initiatives and ecosystem positioning; Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline reporting, and commercial forecasting; Represent the Group at industry events, investor meetings, and strategic engagements; Collaborate with the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Executive Director and Founder on high-value strategic deals.

Required Qualifications:
8 years plus experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or commercial strategy; Experience working in B2B, infrastructure, energy, technology, consulting, or related sectors; Strong proposal writing and presentation skills; Proven ability to close and manage complex commercial opportunities; Strong professional network within Nigeria’s business ecosystem is an advantage; Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Ability to operate across multiple industries and fast-moving environments.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Experience:
8 years plus experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or commercial strategy
