Job Overview:

DRI analyses various organisational problems, develops improvement plans, deploys those plans and monitors the plans to ensure improved organisational performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">financial analysis and investment appraisal for real estate projects. Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and cash flow projections. Analyze market trends, property values, and investment risks. Support property acquisition, development, and portfolio management activities. Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and return on investment (ROI). Prepare investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. Liaise with financial institutions, consultants, and external stakeholders when required. Conduct due diligence on prospective real estate investments and partnerships. Assist in developing financing strategies for real estate projects. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company investment policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or financial planning. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis. Good understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and investment environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Professional certification is an added advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
3–5 years relevant experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or financial planning.
