Job Overview:
Johnolans Designs is a fast-growing architecture firm focused on delivering premium U.S.-standard home designs for homeowners, builders, and developers. We are looking for a highly creative and strategic social media & content manager to help build and position our brand across digital platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; Create high-quality graphics, reels, short-form videos, and engaging content for the architecture/home design niche; Build and maintain a premium and consistent visual brand identity; Prepare launch-focused content campaigns and social media strategies; Create content showcasing home plans, renders, architectural concepts, lifestyle visuals, and educational posts; Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and engagement; Collaborate with the architectural and visualization team to transform project outputs into compelling content; Assist in growing brand authority and audience trust before and after launch.

Required Qualifications:
Strong graphic design and content creation skills; Experience with video editing and short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts); Strong understanding of modern social media trends and engagement strategies; Ability to maintain clean, premium, and modern brand aesthetics; Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-growing creative team.
