Job Overview: Our client is seeking to hire a Store/Sales Coordinator to oversee finished goods store operations and support sales coordination activities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods using FEFO/FIFO practices. Monitor loading schedules and coordinate with transporters, stores, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare sales orders, pick lists, delivery notes, invoices, and export documentation. Cross-check products, batches, quantities, and expiry dates before dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure 100% physical and system inventory accuracy. Monitor stock aging and report near-expiry products promptly. Ensure proper storage of finished goods in compliance with GMP standards. Prepare and submit weekly loading reports and sales reports to management. Maintain proper documentation and up-to-date records for store and distribution activities. Support sales representatives and the department head with operational and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or distribution center operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP Sales Module is highly preferred. Good understanding of inventory management and FEFO/FIFO practices. Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
