Job Overview: A reputable company in the real estate sector is urgently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join its growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, property development, facility management, and property sales. Drive revenue generation and business expansion initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project execution. Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Business Administration, and Economics, or any related field. An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields; MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8–12 years progressive work experience. At least 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Real Estate Services, Facilities Management, Construction/Project Business, Infrastructure Services.
Languages: English
