Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience to support daily construction site operations, monitor project progress, and ensure work meets approved standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and instructions. Monitor artisans, subcontractors, and labour activities on site to ensure work is progressing according to instructions. Support the Construction Manager in monitoring project timelines and daily site activities. Monitor work progress and report daily site activities, challenges, and updates. Observe and report site issues, delays, or non-compliance to the Construction Manager promptly. Conduct routine site checks to ensure work quality meets required standards. Identify site issues early and escalate to the Construction Manager promptly. Support the coordination of materials usage and ensure proper handling on site. Maintain accurate daily site reports and activity logs. Ensure site instructions are clearly communicated and followed by workers and subcontractors. Assist in ensuring work is carried out safely in line with site safety guidelines (in coordination with HSE officer). Support coordination between site teams and technical/project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in site supervision or construction site coordination. Strong understanding of basic construction processes and site execution. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Experience working with artisans, subcontractors, and site teams. Good communication and reporting skills. High attention to detail and ability to enforce site instructions. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability on site. Willingness to learn and grow within a structured construction environment.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in site supervision or construction site coordination.

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Full-time on-site presence (daily site supervision). Strong coordination and people management on active construction sites. Ability to translate instructions into actionable site execution. High discipline in monitoring work progress and reporting. Willingness to work closely with the Construction Manager to drive project delivery. Strong situational awareness on construction sites.
