The lead consultant leads client engagements in designing, implementing and improving marketing performance and business results. The incumbent will work with organizations to identify what's broken in their marketing operations, design solutions tailored to their needs, implement those solutions working alongside their teams, and ensure improvements are sustained after our engagement ends.

Lead the full client engagement lifecycle from diagnostic through implementation and handover; manage client relationships and expectations; transfer ownership of the improved marketing function back to the client, and validate that improvements are sustained after the engagement concludes. Manage and develop the team by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and building their capabilities while ensuring quality standards across all deliverables. Build and refine PeopleLab's diagnostic and implementation frameworks based on client work, document best practices and proven solutions, contribute to the knowledge base and service improvement, and identify patterns and insights across multiple client engagements. Identify opportunities for expanded services with existing clients, contribute to proposals and client presentations, and develop thought leadership content (case studies, articles) that builds PeopleLab's market presence. Manage client expectations and communications throughout engagements, navigate organizational resistance and change challenges. Ensure client satisfaction and alignment on scope and deliverables; and maintain professional relationships.
