Job Description
Job Overview:
International Facilities Services Ltd. (IFS) is seeking an experienced, highly disciplined, and operationally mature security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security-manager" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security Manager to lead and coordinate security operations at designated and assigned clients sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all security operations across designated client site/s, ensure effective protection of lives, assets, infrastructure, and visitors, maintain high standards of vigilance, discipline, and operational readiness among all deployed security personnel, supervise and coordinate outsourced security personnel and guard-force operations, monitor compliance with deployment standards, SOPs, and service expectations, conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance reviews of deployed guards, oversee access control systems, visitor management procedures, and vehicle screening operations, coordinate security planning and operational support for state functions, diplomatic engagements, concerts, cultural events, executive visits, and commercial and industrial operations at client sites, lead emergency response coordination during incidents or security breaches, conduct periodic security risk assessments and vulnerability reviews, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports, and maintain professional engagement with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification, minimum of 10–15 years security experience, minimum of 5 years in a senior security leadership or command role, prior experience managing security operations at airports, ports, government facilities, hotels, event venues, multinational facilities, and critical infrastructure is highly desirable.

Minimum of 10–15 years security experience, minimum of 5 years in a senior security leadership or command role.

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Strong preference may be given to candidates with prior experience from DSS, Military Intelligence, Police Tactical/Operations Units, Corporate Security Leadership, Major Event/Venue Security Operations. Professional Certifications such as CPP, PSP, HSE/Emergency Response Certifications, and Security Risk Management Certifications are advantageous.
