Job Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Acquisition Manager at our Lagos office. The Business Acquisition Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with key clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The role requires driving growth through creating and closing business deals that align with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Business Acquisition and New Business Development to identify, assess, and close new opportunities effectively. Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Business Development to build lasting partnerships and support organizational growth. Expertise in Sales and ability to implement strategies that drive revenue and meet key performance indicators. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with current and potential clients successfully. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the real estate or housing industry is a bonus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
