Job Overview:
Lead one of Africa’s most prestigious luxury retail divisions overseeing a curated portfolio of the world’s finest watch maisons and jewellery houses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the P&L for the Watches & Jewellery Division, develop and execute high-impact commercial strategies, own annual and quarterly revenue planning, lead strategic partnerships, direct a network of boutiques, set commercial KPIs, and grow institutional gifting and procurement channels.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine watches and jewellery, proven success in driving commercial growth, deep product knowledge, strong experience in clienteling and CRM-driven strategies.
