Job Description
Job Overview:
The Revenue Marketing & Growth Head will be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth across all ECS business units through strategic lead generation, pipeline development, market expansion, and commercial execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth across all ECS business units through structured lead generation initiatives. Build and manage a qualified pipeline focused on lead quality, conversion potential, and revenue impact. Develop and execute business-unit-specific growth strategies, campaigns, and execution plans. Establish measurable KPIs including qualified leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and revenue contribution. Launch and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns. Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across business units. Work closely with sales teams to improve conversion and account penetration. Set up and manage lead tracking and qualification systems. Support CRM implementation and lead management processes. Expand market reach into Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt, Abuja, and other strategic regions. Continuously optimize campaigns, messaging, targeting, and budget allocation based on performance data.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 10–15+ years experience in Growth Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Business Development. Strong experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline development. Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth. Experience working with sales teams and managing cross-functional execution. Strong analytical, reporting, and performance marketing skills. Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and execution capabilities.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

Experience:
10–15+ years experience in Growth Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Business Development.

English
