Job Overview:
Agbeyewa Farms is a large agribusiness focused on growing cassava using modern machines and improved farming methods. We are seeking an experienced Mechanization Manager to lead and optimize mechanization activities across our operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement mechanization strategies, oversee daily operations of machinery, drive efficiency in farming operations, lead and develop teams, ensure safety compliance, manage vendor relationships, and provide performance reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years’ relevant experience in mechanized agriculture; proven experience managing mechanization operations in large-scale commercial farms in Nigeria.
