Physical Security Officer
Job Description
Job Overview:
Provide competent, professional physical security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security coverage and response for Church properties and facilities, ensuring a safe environment for employees, Church leaders, visitors, and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Exemplify core leadership patterns, follow local laws and security policies, work any shift or location, assist visitors, render first aid, patrol facilities, maintain logs, complete reports, undergo training, operate security systems, report hazards and security issues.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, 1 year work experience preferred, current temple recommend, no criminal record, pass screening and fitness tests, basic communication skills, able to lift 50 pounds, tact and judgment required.
Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
1 year work experience preferred, preference for first responder, medical, or customer service experience.
Languages:
Basic reading, writing, and communication skills in relevant language.
Additional Notes:
Physical activity includes various movements and requires visual acuity of 20/40 vision. Employee will work in various environmental conditions.
