Job Description
Job Overview:
To coordinate and manage units and operations within the shift to achieve efficient manufacturing and deliver customer driven operational performance targets, within the defined budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates meeting specific quality standards; ensure maintenance programmes are carried out promptly; prepare reports to account for monthly variances; manage team performance through regular reviews; ensure compliance with EMS related activities; promote continuous improvement and employee relations.
Required Qualifications:
B.Sc./B.Eng. HND in Engineering related field, Industrial Chemistry; Sound Software Knowledge and expertise; Sound AutoCAD Software Knowledge and expertise.
Educational Background:
B.Sc./B.Eng. HND in Engineering related field, Industrial Chemistry
Experience:
At least 3 – 5 years work experience in a similar role with a large organization; ability to withstand stress and pressure; proficiency in Microsoft office suite; excellent analytical and numerical skills; excellent planning and scheduling skills; good communication skills.
Languages:
English

Ability to work under pressure; stakeholder management skill; conflict resolution.
