Job Description
Job Overview:
The role involves collating and analyzing SIM Cards registration, availability, activations, customer retention, and churn intelligence to provide insights into Customer Acquisition Channel performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate performance against SIM registration channel objectives, collect and analyze channel data, develop reports, manage device life-cycle, engage regions on initiatives, maintain a reliable database, prepare measurement reports, provide support to Customer Acquisition Manager, analyze best practices, and attend regulatory meetings.

Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English, experience in project planning and reporting, sales/marketing or related function, experience using Data Mining Tools.

Educational Background:
First degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any related discipline.

Experience:
3-7 years work experience including a minimum of 3 years in a specialization, experience in a medium organization, and telecoms experience is an advantage.

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Experience in telecoms is an added advantage.
