Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support, manage the CEO's diary, coordinate schedules, organize meetings, prepare expense reports, handle key correspondence, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, experience in Diary Management and preparation of Expense Reports, strong Administrative Assistance skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, high level of proficiency in office and scheduling software, exceptional organizational and time management skills, prior experience working with senior executives is an advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: Prior experience working with senior executives is an advantage.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in English.
Additional Notes: This is a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility.
