Job Overview: The Area Manager manages all aspects of the assigned territory, leading their team to build long-term brand value and elevate The Macallan while developing breakout brands and growing the core business organically.
Duties and Responsibilities: Drive business growth by allocating time across the region: ~50% team leadership and development, 15% distributor management, and 35% key account engagement. Support Edrington’s vision, lead strategic direction, collaborate with various departments, optimize resource allocation, develop breakout brands, identify new opportunities, build KPIs, oversee brand building and manage pricing and P&L performance.
Required Qualifications: Strong distributor management experience, solid background in sales and marketing, deep understanding of the On/Off premise landscape, proven success in entrepreneurial environments, ability to coach and mentor, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with syndicated data sources.
