Job Overview: The Sales and Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and aligning the company’s sales activities with operational processes to ensure efficiency, timely product delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Coordination: Process and manage customer orders accurately and promptly. Liaise with the sales team to track targets, performance, and customer requirements. Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer accounts, and order status. Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Operations Management: Coordinate daily operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement to prevent stock-outs or overstocking. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers and distributors. Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Customer Service & Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and order follow-ups. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients. Data & Reporting: Track sales and operational KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, delivery timelines, and stock turnover. Prepare periodic reports for management on sales performance and operational efficiency. Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications: Minimum BSC.
Educational Background: Minimum BSC.
Experience: 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
