Job Overview: Paga is on a mission to enable one billion Africans and millions of SMEs to pay, preserve hard-earned income, participate in global trade, and purchase goods and services at home and abroad. We have built a multicurrency, cloud-based payments and financial services engine that leverages multiple business services built on the same best-in-class infrastructure to serve the ecosystem through three businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop the core value propositions and messaging frameworks for Paga’s consumer and merchant offerings. Lead the execution of go-to-market plans for new features. Act as the internal expert on our users. Work closely with the Growth team to design and optimize triggers, notifications, and educational content. Monitor competitors and market shifts. Equip our agent network and sales teams with narrative tools and localized content.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, exceptional writing skills, analytical skills, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a fast-growing tech company.
