Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Architect with a proven track record in luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend architectural expertise with refined interior design to deliver exceptional, end-to-end design solutions from concept development to final execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design Development: Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial brief to final execution. Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations. Integrate functionality, aesthetics, and structural considerations into all designs. Project Execution: Prepare comprehensive construction drawings and specifications. Ensure designs comply with local building codes and industry standards. Support project implementation from concept through completion. Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget. Present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections. Site Coordination & Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution. Material & Finishes Selection: Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design intent and budget. Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging design technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior architecture or high-end design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software. Strong knowledge of construction detailing and spatial planning. Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential or commercial projects. Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture integration. Strong presentation and client-facing skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Professional certification or membership (e.g., ARCON or relevant bodies). Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior architecture or high-end design projects.
