Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and increase sales of company’s Products/services, Business expansion along territorial lines, Develop and send reports (sales, revenue, expenses report and forecast) as may be required, Increasing brand awareness, Maintain an archive of reports for records purposes, Track and monitor the performance of sales personnel against set targets where applicable, Collaborate with business verticals to establish, maintain, expand and deepen the customer base in their respective sectors, Develop and follow up on business leads, Increase business opportunities through various routes to market, Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, Develop and Implement sales strategies and targets, Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and monitor clients' preferences, Continually develop knowledge of and report on the business climate, applications and competition for defined sector, Responsible for performance management, motivation and development of junior staff within the team where applicable, Mentor and coach Sales Officers to ensure performance in the team is sustained if applicable, Ensures conformance to QMS ISO9001:2015 Requirements, Respond promptly to client’s complaints and ensure timely resolution, customer satisfaction and retention, Monthly invoice Submission and inflow monitoring and collection, Collaboration with other units on the pre-sales activities like risk assessment and other Technical and professional requirements, Identify key staff in clients’ company to cultivate profitable relationships, Initiate periodic communication with clients on products and services thereby cross selling or upselling to existing clients, Help promote and maintain a positive company’s image, Conduct annual client satisfaction survey, General clients’ engagement, Perform other duties that may be assigned by the head of the unit.
Required Qualifications: First Degree from a reputable tertiary institution, Masters in Business Administration (an added advantage), Relevant professional certification from a recognized body
Educational Background: First Degree from a reputable tertiary institution, Masters in Business Administration (an added advantage)
Experience: 4 years in sales experience, Track records of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot sales opportunities, Ability to think strategically with sound service/product knowledge, Excellent communication, business presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills, High interpersonal skills with a collaborative and flexible work style, Good understanding of the local and international security industry, Absolute command of Microsoft office applications, Strong business acumen and risk management awareness, Attention to details, Digitally savvy with a good understanding of digital tools and trends as it relates to marketing and sales, Solution provider, Cross-functional collaboration, Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial, driven, compelling communicator, creative, builds and nurtures relationships.
