Job Overview:
As a Job Instructor, you will be responsible for developing the competencies of new and young LNG operators, providing refresher training for experienced personnel, and leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience in LNG operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Assessment and Progression (A&P) competency development for new and young NLNG operators. Provide refresher training for experienced operators, supervisors, and superintendents. Serve as an Operator Simulation Trainer, using operations simulators to train operators. Ensure training sessions are comprehensive and aligned with operational requirements. Utilize vast knowledge and operational competencies in LNG field and panel operations. Maintain a verifiable wealth of experience to ensure training is relevant and effective. Provide coaching and support for Variable table development and implementation. Assist in Documentation and Rationalization (D&R) processes. Manage alarm systems effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in global LNG field and panel operations. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective training sessions using operations simulators. Strong understanding of Assessment and Progression (A&P) competency development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to provide clear and concise instructions and feedback.
Educational Background:
HND/Bachelor's degree in any related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience:
Proven experience in global LNG field and panel operations.
Languages:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering instructions and feedback.
Additional Notes:
This position is open to expatriate personnel on a rotation basis (28/28).
