Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development (Outbound & Inbound): Actively identify and reach out to potential B2B and B2C leads, including interior designers, corporate offices, and luxury homeowners. Transform inbound inquiries from email, WhatsApp, phone, and social media into confirmed sales through expert product knowledge and persuasive communication. Prepare high-quality proposals and use AI solutions to generate image renders that help prospects visualize concepts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales channels and pricing trends. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, responding promptly and courteously to email, DM, and calls. Monitor orders from production to delivery, ensuring timelines are met and documenting any complaints for swift resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and organize digital assets in shared folders. Administrative & Creative Support: Maintain active engagement on digital platforms and manage social media DMs. Assist department heads with research, presentation decks, and high-level proposal writing. Handle all internal business data and client information with high professional discretion.

Required Qualifications:
Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Business Development. Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management abilities. Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis to identify growth opportunities. Experience in Presentation Development and crafting compelling Sales Proposals. Knowledge of Project Management and cross-functional team collaboration. Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results under tight deadlines. Experience in the furniture, design, or related industry is an advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
