Job Overview:
Genesis Analytics is seeking a Senior Financial Services Consultant who will partner with clients in the Financial Services sector to help them navigate complex shifts and build the future of finance in Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution, explore and innovate new concepts, own the outcome of projects, and build long-term relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates should have a strong analytical mindset, integrity, and ethical behavior, with excellent communication skills.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Experience:
5–8+ years of professional experience in Financial Services and consulting environments.
Languages:
Bilingual skills are preferred to communicate effectively with clients.
