Automation Developer

Job Overview:
Paramount BPO is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation Developer to join our growing technology and operations team in Nigeria. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about process automation, workflow optimization, AI-powered operations, and building scalable systems that improve business efficiency across multiple industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation workflows for business operations, Build automated systems to improve productivity and reduce repetitive tasks, Integrate APIs, cloud platforms, ERPs, CRMs, and third-party applications, Develop process automation using tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, Python, or similar technologies, Support automation for customer service, data processing, reporting, finance, and operational workflows, Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance, Create scalable solutions that address local infrastructure realities such as unstable internet or power interruptions, Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify automation opportunities, Maintain proper technical documentation and process diagrams, Ensure security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, compliance, and reliability of automated systems.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, 2+ years of experience in automation development or workflow engineering, Strong knowledge of automation platforms and scripting languages, Experience with APIs, databases, cloud systems, and integrations, Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Python, JavaScript, or RPA tools is highly preferred, Experience integrating ERP/CRM systems is an advantage, Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, Ability to work independently and within fast-paced operational environments, Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:
2+ years of experience in automation development or workflow engineering

Additional Notes:
Experience with AI workflows and AI-powered automation, Exposure to Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or enterprise platforms, Knowledge of DevOps, Azure, AWS, or cloud infrastructure, Experience supporting BPO or call center operations.
