Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Website Designer & Automation Specialist to join our team in Lagos. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who combines creative web design with strong marketing automation expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites (including blog websites). Build and manage websites using platforms such as WordPress and Squarespace. Set up domains, hosting, and DNS configurations using tools like Namecheap. Develop and optimize blog structures for SEO and content marketing. Create and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows. Integrate and manage tools such as GoHighLevel, Kartra, Kajabi, Zapier, Typeform, SendGrid, Twilio, WebinarJam, and WebinarFuel. Implement email marketing campaigns, SMS automation, and lead nurturing systems. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve user experience and conversions. Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity, content creation, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure websites and systems run smoothly.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in website design and development. Strong proficiency in WordPress and/or Squarespace. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and funnel-building tools. Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier and API connections. Experience setting up and managing email/SMS systems (SendGrid, Twilio). Solid understanding of SEO principles, especially for blog content. Experience with webinar platforms such as WebinarJam or WebinarFuel. Working knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them in business workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Educational Background:
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing or tech environment. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
