Job Overview:
Muse Studio is a premium finishing and design consultancy based in Lagos, part of Impacto Grupo — a group with thirty years in the Nigerian market and a head office in Valencia, Spain. We work with architects, interior designers, and developers who want European-quality materials and a service that removes friction from their projects entirely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing the online and offline community, creating and managing content for social media platforms, engaging with the audience, and fostering positive relationships. The role also involves developing and executing communication strategies to enhance brand presence, monitoring trends, and gathering feedback to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
2–4 years experience in a social media, communications, or marketing coordination role; Strong written English; Experience managing an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar); Demonstrable understanding of Instagram as a platform; Organised and system-driven.

This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days in person, 2 days remote). Must have a genuine interest in design, interiors, and or hospitality.
