Job Overview: Debyl Limited is an ISO certified EPIC company based in Port Harcourt and operating in the Nigeria Oil and Gas sector. We are currently seeking a Business Dev. Manager to lead the company’s commercial growth strategy within the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of commercial and profitability targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector. Lead market expansion initiatives and identify strategic partnerships. Supervise and provide leadership to the Technical Sales Officers and other business development personnel. Oversee lead generation, tendering processes, RFP responses, and contract negotiations. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Business Development department.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Minimum of 10–20 years’ progressive sales/business development experience within the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.

Experience working with internationally recognized Oil & Gas service companies such as SLB, Halliburton, Baker Hughes or similar organizations is highly preferred.
