Job Overview: The Media & Communications Associate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, producing high-quality content, and managing both internal and external communication channels for 24thPixel Group.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Communication Strategy: Develop engaging written and visual content for digital platforms, campaigns, and corporate communications; Write and edit press releases, proposals, reports, and brand storytelling content; Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all channels; Support the development and execution of communication strategies. 2. Social Media & Digital Presence Management: Manage and grow official social media platforms; Plan, schedule, and publish content across channels; Monitor engagement and optimize content performance; Identify trends and recommend content ideas to improve visibility and reach. 3. Public Relations & Media Outreach: Craft press releases and manage media communication efforts; Support media relations and partnership communications; Assist in coordinating campaigns, events, and public announcements; Maintain a strong and professional external communication presence. 4. Visual Communication & Design Support: Collaborate with designers to produce communication assets; Create or support basic design work using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite; Ensure visual consistency across all communication materials; Maintain organized media libraries and brand assets. 5. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track communication and campaign performance metrics; Prepare reports on engagement, reach, and effectiveness; Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, strategy, and leadership; Support project communication needs across departments; Ensure timely execution of communication deliverables.
Required Qualifications: Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills; Proficiency in social media management and digital communication strategies; Experience in press release writing and media outreach; Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools); Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring campaign performance; Strong organizational and project management skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in media, communications, branding, or digital marketing (agency experience is an advantage)
