Job Overview: To support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of strategic infrastructure and energy projects across the corporation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project schedules, cost targets, quality standards, HSSE requirements, and business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development of project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation strategies for assigned projects. Coordinate project activities from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and contractor performance to ensure timely and quality execution. Conduct site visits and progress inspections to verify work completion against approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Review engineering and technical documentation, including layouts, P&IDs, BOQs, specifications, and construction drawings. Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Lead project coordination meetings, technical review sessions, and scope alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders. Track contractor mobilization, manpower deployment, equipment readiness, and work progress. Resolve site execution challenges, design conflicts, and operational bottlenecks through proactive engagement. Interface with procurement and supply chain teams on material requisition, vendor engagement, RFQs, technical clarifications, and delivery schedules. Monitor availability of project materials, equipment, and construction resources to avoid delays. Review contractor claims, progress valuations, variation requests, and payment applications. Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, statutory regulations, and company HSSE policies. Support implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system requirements. Prepare project progress reports, management updates, technical memos, meeting minutes, and project dashboards. Maintain accurate project records, including approvals, correspondence, change orders, inspection reports, and close-out documentation. Escalate critical project risks, delays, and resource gaps to management for timely decision-making.
Required Qualifications: Minimum qualification of BSC.
Educational Background: BSC.
Experience: 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
