Job Description
Job Overview:
The coordinator" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">MEAL Coordinator will directly supervise the coordination MEAL team with technical management of the MEAL Activity Managers in NE&NW, working closely with other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contributes to the development of a multi-year strategy, coordinates with MEAL teams, supports operationalisation of MEAL action plans, ensures compliance with programme data management processes, develops accountability principles, plans learning exercises, and manages human resources for the MEAL team.
Required Qualifications:
Professional experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in NGO/Private or Public sector and 3-4 years of progressive experience in an INGO.
Educational Background:
Bachelor, master’s or equivalent in statistic, quality control or humanitarian project management.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in MEAL management; experience in communication with communities and accountability mechanisms; knowledge of data collection and analysis.
Languages:
Fluency in English compulsory - written & spoken (Hausa – Added Advantage)
