Job Description
Job Overview:
UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfill their potential, from early childhood through adolescence. This position involves tracking, analyzing and reporting income and expenditures, including donor contributions, and contributing to the overall governance of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Budget analysis focusing on achieving results, Contribution management (budget planning allocation, monitoring), Management of financial dashboard reports, Management of financial reports related to resource mobilization and donor reporting, VISION support to fund management, Cost distribution and payroll, Cross-Sectoral Pooled Funds Coordination.

Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English is required. Work experience on EU financial reporting is considered an asset. Experience in the usage of office software MS package and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages. Experience in SAP is required.

Educational Background:
Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Accounting, Business Admin., Finance, Development Studies, Statistics, General administration, Social Sciences and any other related fields.

Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Programme Management, Budgeting, and any other related fields.

Languages:
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is desirable.
