Job Overview: This role is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, design, and execution of customized transaction processing solutions within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees complex, high-value, and non-standard financial transactions that fall outside automated or conventional processing frameworks. Drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, mitigates risks, and delivers tailored solutions that support strategic clients, enterprise partnerships, and specialized financial products.
Required Qualifications: First degree(s) in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Sciences. Certification in RDMS Database, Project Management, & Business Analysis would be an added advantage.
Educational Background: Minimum of 2.2 or Lower Credit in relevant fields.
Experience: Minimum of 9 years post NYSC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role in IT support, fintech operations, or software systems usage.

Additional Notes: Exposure to payment systems or transaction switching is a plus. Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL), understanding of project lifecycle, and willingness to learn project management and business analysis concepts.
