Job Overview: Fischer Global is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and result-driven professional to lead the company’s regional expansion, export operations, distributor network development, and business growth across ECOWAS and international markets.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee export development, distributor partnerships, marketingcoordination, logistics-operations" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">logistics operations, investor communication and regional market expansion for the company’s shea butter skincare and wellness products. Develop and execute regional expansion strategies, identify and recruit distributors across ECOWAS, build strategic partnerships and international trade relationships, negotiate business contracts and distributor agreements, explore new export opportunities and market channels, coordinate export documentation and compliance, manage freight forwarding and shipment processes, liaise with logistics providers and customs agents, monitor inventory movement and supply chain efficiency, support product launches and market penetration activities, coordinate regional sales and promotional campaigns, drive brand visibility and customer engagement, prepare business proposals and presentations, coordinate investor communication and partnership opportunities, and support fundraising and expansion initiatives.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant fields; Master’s Degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3–7 years relevant experience in export, FMCG, cosmetics, distribution, or international trade, managing distributors or regional markets, and business development and strategic partnerships.
Additional Notes: Candidates with certifications in Export Management, Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing, Project Management, International Trade, or Business Development will have an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, and Canva is required.
