Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, systems-driven Procurement Operations Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization across the Group. This role ensures uninterrupted supply of quality raw materials, packaging, and services to support our multi-line manufacturing operations in Uyo.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage multi-commodity sourcing strategies, build and maintain a diversified supplier base, lead negotiations, develop contract farming arrangements, manage long-distance sourcing, implement procurement policies, maintain procurement documentation, manage supplier performance, enforce raw material acceptance standards, maintain strategic buffer inventories, drive cost reduction, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Professional certification (CIPS, CIPSM, or equivalent) is an advantage; Minimum 5–10 years' experience in procurement operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG; Proven experience sourcing agricultural commodities or food-grade raw materials in the Nigerian market.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5–10 years' experience in procurement operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG

This is a fully onsite role based in Uyo, Akwaibom State.
