Job Overview: Goshen Giant Group Limited is a diversified agro-industrial company with operations spanning food manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and related industries. The Group operates a seasonally balanced, 10-line manufacturing and processing model that produces across food, beverages, edible oils, animal feed, seafood, purified water, and herbal products maintaining continuous production and revenue throughout the year.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's overall commercial strategy across all 10 product lines and business units, drive revenue growth across food, beverages, oils, seafood, water, and other categories, identify new market opportunities, build and lead the sales function, develop and expand distribution networks, lead market entry strategy for ECOWAS and AfCFTA export markets, oversee marketing strategies, analyze market trends, build and manage high-performing teams, establish strategic partnerships, and lead commercial negotiations.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage; Minimum 8–12 years' experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership; Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in multi-product environments; Experience in FMCG, food production, agro-processing, or distribution is highly preferred; Exposure to export markets or regional trade (ECOWAS/AfCFTA) is a significant advantage.
