Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically driven Asset Planning, Economics, & Performance Analysis Lead based in Port Harcourt (PH), Rivers State, Nigeria, to support long-term value creation across upstream oil & gas assets.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive long-term asset plans, conduct detailed economic evaluations of development projects, coordinate financial modelling processes, monitor and analyze asset performance, collaborate with Finance team on capital budgets, work with Reservoir Engineering teams, lead appraisal of strategic investment opportunities, ensure compliance with regulations, develop operational scenarios, and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications such as SPE, CFA, PMP, or equivalent is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in asset management, economic analysis, or performance evaluation within an upstream oil & gas environment.
